Default I have got started now is this the right way forward..............?

    Hi everyone

Im still a little new to this so im after a little advice from people more experienced than me.
About 4 weeks ago I stop taking my first lot of lean degree and PHD Pharma Whey. I have continued taking the Whey in the mornings as a breakfast shake. I am looking to get back on this stack as it did seem very helpful and I have slimed down without losing any muscle and reckon I have even gained some!!
I have been looking online and have come across the 6 hour blend. What I want to start doing going forward is in the mornings around 6.30-7ish either a bike ride or a run(not sure if every day or every other day) with 2-3 days of weights in there too. So I was thinking going forward

    Run/bike ride
Breakfast – lean degree and Whey shake
Snack – normally a banana & apple few nuts
Lunch – Tuna sandwich or salad, yogurt
    Snack – fruit & nuts
Dinner – Not 100% on this can range but trying to get veg and meat in it
Then a Blend shake before bed.

My evening work out would be before dinner. I don’t want to get massive would just like to tone up and be more defined. (as I play football so don’t want to lose speed etc) I think I could of got more out of it first time around but the take outs etc but pay to that. Its just because I have always been told not to eat too close to bed but maybe im just being narrow minded. I just dont want to put "fat" weight on (I know weight will increase with more muscle)

    Any help would be great!
    Thanks guys

Overall it looks very good mate!
Keep the diet clean and as it is..if your not losing the weight you require then add in a few cardio sessions per week.

    Thanks Josh

I know that if I stop working out the fat will increase, I just want a diet that will help me gain muscle tone and keep me fit. So eating before bed isnt a massiv issue as long as its the right stuff? What time should I be aiming to have dinner if going to bed around 10.30ish

Hi David, I usually work out at about 6ish on an evening and end up eating at between 7:45 and 8 and go to bed at about the same time as you and get up on a morning at 5:30. Take a look at my latest pic on my blog, and you will see that I am not fat from that routine.
