    Default how long to train

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can tell me the write advice......

Ive read that testosterone levels fall after 45 mins of resitance training so anything more than an hour your wasting your time? Yet ive also read about shwarzenegger training for 3 - hours non stop and also athletes who train for way over 2 hours.

which would be best to do

    cheers

    Dave

schwarzeneggers test levels couldnt drop because after 45 minutes hed just inject some more. theres a big difference between natural training and training when taking steroids. i personally think you shouldnt worry about total time in the gym. plan how many sets you are going to do (for me about 12-15 for big bodyparts and 9 for smaller ones) and then think about the rest periods (30 seconds if training fast for fat loss and 60-90 seconds if trianing for mass or strength). the rest periods can always be altered depending on the type of trianing you are doing etc. so if i were you i wouldnt worry about it. anything over 90 minutes weights for me means you are either doing too much or going too slow.

cool, well faster training will increase growth hormone release during training which can increase lipolysis and burn more fat.
