Dunno why I tried, was having a good workout took v-max pump and started straight away so it would kick in half way through. Was doing overhead press's and e-z curls and just thought **** it I'll try! Yep I am lucky now!!! Euromillions here I come ha ha, yeah right!
Good stuff Matt. The rest from them as obviously done the trick! My shoulder is still niggling me but just fighting through at the minute. I figure I will have a natural rest on my honeymoon......wait a minute, there is a gym there!!!! hahaha missus would kill me I think!! lol
It's not how hard you can hit. It's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Life is hard but you have to learn to take the punches. THAT'S HOW WINNING IS DONE! Rocky VI
I think upright rows are The WORST exercise for damaging your rotator cuffs and causing you shoulde problems!! I will never ever do them.
Yea i read that somewhere and stopped doing them, used to make my shoulder click like with pullovers. What about behind the neck pull downs and presses? I like doing behind the neck presses but i definitely did something to my shoulder the other day after doing them. When would you train rotator cuffs after chest and shoulders?
I dont see the point in any thing thats too much of an unnatural movement.
Uprught rows i personally believe..although a good exercise for development of traps and rear delts they put to much strain on the rotator cuff of supraspinatus whilst being stretched which i think can lead to a risk of injury.
This might sound like a stupid question but ive never been good at arm wrestling and my bench has never really got over 60kg in 3 n half years of training, do u think thats a weak rotator cuff? And how and when would you train them?
Even going light like 20kgs?
