Default Having a good diet plan to gain weight - Help needed!

I've just started out at the gym.

I'm around 5'9 and weigh 10 stone. I eat like a horse but the diet is totally crap..its everything and anything basically!

I need to start eating the right stuff and the right amount of stuff to gain the weight.

Im not a lover of fish bar tuna and haddock but anything else Ill eat.

Any help with a daily/weekly diet plan would be brilliant..
    Thanks

1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, 2 or 3 grams of carbs, and 20 percent fat and you'll put on weight. This is what i eat and my im naturally around the same weight. It might be hard at 1st, but once u start eatin every 3 hours u'll get hungry every 3 hours! Have 2 breakfasts ur 1st 1 fast digesting carbs like rice crispies white toast or cornflakes and protein and ur 2nd 1 half an hour 2 an hour after slower releasing carbs like porridge or wholemeal toast. I dont eat that well in the winter but aslong as you get the right amount of everything and ur a hardgainer u'll get away with having takeaway pizzas most nights like me! Then again the less fat u put on in the winter the less muscle u'll lose trying 2 lose that fat in the summer so obviously the cleaner u can eat the better, i jus find italian food the easiest and most enjoyable way of gaining weight! Hope this helps neway pal.

Meal 1 a bowl of cornflakes an apple and a protein shake

Meal 2 100g of porridge with chocolate whey protein

Meal 3 weightgainer- about 400-500 calories

Meal 3 chicken and mushroom baguette and carton of semi skimmed milk

    Meal 4- weightgainer

    pre workout- 2 apples

postworkout- recovery drink or whey protein and lucozade

Meal 5- the biggest pizza you can eat!

Meal 6- before bed shake or cottage cheese

I would stay away from white bread, pizza and rice pops as they are just crap to be honest mate. Keep that kind of thing for a cheat day.

Check out www.mealplansite.com to get an idea then plan from there, once you have got a plan ill have a look at it for you/
