Hey guys and gals,
I was in my gym last night and had a look round and assessed the type of gym am in. I go to a health spar and find it quite annoying when see people doing weights when they dont ahve a clue on technique and lifting weights far to heavy. I was just wonderin what type of gym you all go to, like an old fashioned hardcore iron gym, or a stezza gym or just a health spar where you have the essentials and can have a leisurely swim at the end!
