My diet/Goals advice please
Hi guys
This is my first post on these forums, Just after some advice regarding my diet and what supplements to take. I currently dont use any supplements at the minute as i'm unsure what to use
I'm 24 Male and work in a office so not much exercise during the day, i currently attending a bootcamp in my local area
I pay £100 a month and this is on 6:15am & Pm on Monday Wed Fri Which consists off 45 mins high intensity exercises aimed at burning body fat - e.g big muscle groups, squats, lunges, pushups etc
We follow the diet of basically 6 meals a day with protein for every meal and keep carbs to a minimum
My normal daily food intake consists off
Breakfast - Either bacon, sausage, egg or 2 mushroom omlettes
10:30 - Tub of nuts, Mixuture of everything from hollands & Barretts
13:00 - Normally Pork Chop, Steak, Some sort of meat with vegetables
16:00 - Pork Chop or steak chopped up to eat while i work
19:00 -Can range from Tuna & Pasta or Meat & eggs
22:00 - Greek Yoghurt
I still try to go to the gym but when i'm doing this camp it is quite hard
and i play football on the weekends for 3 teams
Saturday Afternoon, Sunday morning/Afternoon
To be honest i feel burnt out after the amount i do, but the Football season is nearly over and i can focus on this camp and keeping a good diet
My Goal is to look more defined for my holiday with a lower bodyfat % i'm not aiming to get big just looking cut with abs, back etc as i dont want mass to lose any pace at football
Just need to know is this diet ok for the above goal and what supplements i can take to help with this goal, to be honest i used to take pharma whey normally in the morning and after training
With paying £100 for this camp it has brought alot of results for me but i want to get better results and for supplements i think i'll only be able to spare around £70 on a push
Can i have some suggestions of what supplements to buy and when i should be taking them
Thanks

mate, feeling burnt out will not help you. it decreases motivation, and means you're more likely to quit. it probably means you're under eating, or not getting enough sleep. if you are exercising as much as you are, you have to take it into the amount of calories you consume throughout the day. and carbs won't do you any harm when you exercise so much, maybe keep it to about 115g worth of carbs. good supplement for fat loss is a good fish oil supplement, and maybe a fat burner. i've never used it, but everyone on the site seems to rave about lean degree. i've used lipo 6 and hot-rox extreme (the latter gave really good results)
