    Did you try this Josh? Sounds gross!

    hahaha hey people i tried this today with 200g of cottage cheese and one scoop of chocolate cookie synergy.what can i say,it was a bit different but it wasnt to bad.tastes alot better than half the protein shakes ive ever had!p.s japples,how dare you call it baby sick!lol mmmmmmmm love the stuff!

    I tried this out too just now, I had read about it in another thread, I ate half of the tub just so i didnt waste much if i didnt like it, suprisingly i loved it, did 125g with half a scoop of chocolate pharma whey, looking forward to tomorrows banana one now, RoaR !!!!!

    hmmm, this sounds pretty grim in all honesty lol. Sounds like an april fools post or something! Kind of want to try it but my brain says no! lol.
    Competition cut start date/weight/bf%- 01/10/2010- 194.5lbs (13 Stone 13.5lb)- 24% bf.
    Latest date/weight/bf% - 01/10/2010- 194.5lbs (13 stone 13lb) - 2 weeks till bf reading.
    Short term checkup/goal weight/bf%- 14/10/2010- 191.5lbs (13 Stone 9.5lb) 23% bf.
    Long term end date/goal weight/bf%- 10/12/2010- 174lbs (12 Stone 6lb) 16% bf.

    battered mars bar = awesome, places here its a sweet batter, not chip fat oil lol. Not had one in about 4 years though!
