    Default Pre Workout shake - oats or waxy vol?

    looking for a good pre workout protien/carb shake. im not looking to put on mass, just increase my strength. currently going using 30g pharma whey, 100g, oats with water. this too much/not enough? also oats or waxy vol? cheers in advance!

    for a good pre workout shake with protein as well as stimulants and creatine, BCAA's id go with VPX No Shotgun

    What i prefer to do is have a protein shake about 90 minutes before a workout with just a regular protein, then id have a seperate pre workout an hour later about 30 minutes before the gym, my choice of pre workout is Gaspari Superpump or USPLabs Jack3d

    If youre not looking to put on mass, then personally id say a carb shake is unnecessary.

    If you are looking for supplements then the best ones are Gaspari Superpump 250 and Shotgun. Xplode may or may not work for you depending on your body but it’s a risk you have to take. But one thing I have to stress is that whatever you choose I can guarantee you that the results are just temporary. Nothing comes near to good old oats and whey one hour prior to the workout. You can also add some creatine into it!

    Either will be fine.
    x amount of oats with say 50g protein and 15-20g extra virgin olive oil/udos oil is perfect for pre workout!
