    its changed so many times. it used to be back, then it was chest, at the moment its probably arms. i think it was legs for about 1 day a couple of years ago but then i came to my senses.

    Legs all the way, nothing makes you feel more alive than squats. I used to hate training legs but then I saw the light It's all about the wheels!!

    On Wednesday I was doing squats and it was a very good feeling the next day. Still feeling it today
