    Default Diet confusion

    Hi guys.
    u`m currently thinking that i need to jack my diet towards m y training. i`m following a six day split - hypo tropy prog, i can list if u need it .
    day 1 chest abs
    day 2 back
    day 3 off or shoulders abs depending on work rotas ( fire - fighter )
    day 5 legs
    day 6 arms / abs cardio
    day 7 off or cardio if did not do it day b4.

    i`m 6`4" and going 90 kg at the mom. BF = 16 .

    need a good diet programm / location to look that i can follow and also supps advice
    i`m surrent on USN protien - IGF-1. also take liquid creatine before / after nd x3 BCAA`s before during and after + nos explode before training . Befre bed im having Sci mix greadual release protien. Breakfast is x3 eggs omlette / porrage . drip feed protien in thru out the day via shakes and whole foods . lunch is chicken and veg / i train at various times of day depending on work commitments .Looking to put lean muscle.

    taking your bf % and weight, i'd say you should be taking in around 2800 kcals. as long as you get this from good sources of protein, (i.e meat, fish, eggs, and protein powder) clean sources of carbs (fruits and vegetables, oats) and fats (things like nuts, you'll get quite a bit from your meat, and maybe eat something like avocados to get your mono saturated fats), you should gain some lean bodymass. maybe get a workout drink, consisting of protein and carbs, with a ratio of 1:2 (ie every gram of protein, two grams of carbs) phd recovery or biotest surge are good bets
