    Default Help needed all round!!

Hey there, i have recently started hitting the gym. I am trying to achieve size as i am tiny i am only around 5,8 and weigh about 10 stone. i find it impossible to gain weight and muscle no matter how hard i seem to try. i am in the raf so have to keep my fitness levels up which results along with an overactive metabolism in weight and size ompossible to get. also due to my job i find it hard to eat propperly. i manage to get a quick bowl of cerial for breakfast, a propper meal for dinner and tea and thats all i seem to be able to fit in my day. im also new to the weights so i was also wonderign what would be a good plan to stick to while working out at the gym, i have access to a great gym every day so want to utilise it to the max. if someone could please help me with a diet and a workout plan i would be extremely grateful! i am really serious about getting the size and muscle and will do anything to achieve it.

you sound like my double mate
routine wise, check out my blog its a solid a routine as any going so thts not a bad way to start
its sounds like the main thing stopping any gains would be the fitness that your doing and the meals your eating, in order to gain mass youve gotta have a calorie surplus of the right kinda foods combined with a solid routine, each meal should have protein and carbs in, i try and have 6 meals a day of things such as
    breakfast: mega shake
    lunch:rice and chicken with veg
    snack:bake potatoe with tuna mayo
    tea:steak/fish with veg and carbs
    scrambled eggs and milk

its also a good idea to get some whey protein and some carbs which you could have as a pre and post workout shake

how often do you get to train?
