Just thought i'd introduce myself as I've been reading a few threads on here over past few days. I've been training on and off for past 2 years and current regime consists of 2 weight days where i do all body work outs and 2 boxing sessions which consists of 20 minute skipping, 8*3min rounds on heavy bags, pad work and then a couple of ton ups.
My main aim is to put on a little muscle, tone up but increase cardio fitness slightly if possible. Main problem areas at excess fat around the stomach which ive had for years and actually have had a slight complex about for a long time so its time to get rid!
Main problem is my diet!! So will start a thread in another section to discuss my full programme and welcome any advice anyone may have to offer.
