    Smile Help Needed!!

Been at the gym for a over a month now using a Stronglifts 5 x 5 training routine and ive seen myself make some noticable gains. However as i'm a student and on a tight budget what supplements would you recommend I take between Pharma Whey, Synergy, Recovery or Pharma 6hr Blend. My diet is currently a MEGASHAKE for breakfast, natrual low fat yoghurt, nuts and apple as a snack, chicken breast, pasta and olive oil for lunch & two-three more meals in the evening normally fish. Bear in my mind i'm trying to bulk up as im on the small side at the moment

    HELP PLEASE
    thanks

Base of your diet sounds good mate, could have 2 monster megashakes a day. Then have chicken breast, rice and olive oil x 2 then like pasta, nuts and ham or something.
Just stick to lean proteins, complex carbs and essentail fats.

In reply to Josh currently im jus using the monster megashake which was mentioned in the blog by Adam in the morning, animal pak mutlivitamin, fish oil and phd recovery after workouts bt i wanted to know which supplements could further my gains on a budget?

Aron which do you prefer out of Myofusion and Gold Standard as i've heard good reviews on both.

    Cheers

Ditch the animal pak mate and save your cash and buy food. If your trying to bulk then eat more FOOD, forget the suppliments if your on a budget, food is cheaper and is alot better for you. To be honest whey is the only supp your will really need. Buy it in bulk and make shakes, maybe also a bit of 80g dextrose + 50g whey in your shake post gym over the phd recovery.

If you really want a multivitamin you can get decent ones from the supermarket, the one that i have cost £7 for 90 caps and its one a day, its never gonna have as high a quantity as as product like Animal Pak, but even if you take 2,3 or 4 of the tablets it stills works out loads cheaper. the quantity of vitamins you get in animal pak, while obviously beneficial, is only really necessary for a hardcore bodybuilder
