    Default FST-7 or HST?

so, got a bit of time on my hands now since im off the gym till monday so decided to educate myself a bit..

while searching for a new workout plan i came across HST, which stands for hyperthrophy specific training.

over the last week a gave fst-7 a go and must say it gave me a really good pump and propably over time would bring some good gains, but then theres hst, which looks like circuit that u do for the first few weeks to warm up your muscles with the difference that u go heavier on weights and lower on sets.

    example routine

now question that i wanted to ask is which one of them would give better effects in short amount of time?
obviously both will work on the long run but say u got 4 weeks and want to bulk up a bit, which one would u go for to get the best results?

    debate..

I'd personally stick with FST-7, but your body does need a change every now and again so whatever you decide will work great im sure!
