    Default Breakfast/Pre and post training meal - thoughts?

    this is currently my morning routine, would be great to get some feedback is poss.
    7am
    all chucked into a blender
    100g oats
    30g pharma whey
    250ml skimmed milk
    30ml udo's oil
    1 banana

    9am
    CV training (either 5-7 mile run, interval work or hill sprints)

    10am (immediately after training)
    phd recovery 2:1
    banana

    11am
    two pieces wholemeal toast, 4 egg whites, 1/2 tin baked beans (drained)

    is this enough or too much? would be good to get another opinion

    Training to apply as an officer in the royal marines. Not really looking to put on much weight, strength and endurance are my priority. Trying to put on some lean muscle at the moment
