Just looking for a few ideas for pre workout meals..
im currently taking No Xplode before training but not to sure what sort of foods i should be eating for my meal before training.
any advice?

Chicken or pork with brown rice or sweet potato and mixed veg is popular mate.
A protein shake with oats and a banana is a non-time consuming pre-workout 'meal' if your situation makes a 'proper' meal difficult.
