    Default Help???? Lonsdale megatein

    Hi guys, im new to this forum, im an endurance athlete, who needs to be as fit as possible,but not heavy for my proffession. If i substitute this megatein shake in my diet, would i gain weight? or would it benefit me for my training? any help muchly appreciated.

    as far as gaining weight goes that completely depends on your diet. if you are in a calorie surplus you will gain weight. if you arent then you wont. as for the megatein. i personally would recommend looking at a better protein, phd pharma whey, reflex instant whey, O.N gold standdard whey are all better options.

    thanks adam, i appreciate your help. I am on a low calorie diet, and im am substituting a shake instead of lunch. I have a healthy breakfast, a shake for lunch and a low carb supper. I should not gain weight or bulk out?? thanx!

    that should be absolutely fine. try to have some snacks throughout the day that are low in carbs and high in protein. Nuts, lean chicken etc. it iwll keep your metabolism high and stop you losing muscle.
