    Default A good old breakfast!!

I have heard having two eggs in the morning can help you lose weight and can lower cholesterol. And suggestions for breakfast?!

I have a breakfast protein shake. 2 x scoops of protein powder, water, banana, blueberries, strawberries, and oats. Blended together it tastes delicious.

Eggs helping to lose weight? I can only imagine that this has been touted somewhere as the protein content will keep you feeling fuller for longer thus helping you not to eat c*ap for longer

jsut have egg whites. all of the cholestorol in an egg is in the yolk. dont see how that could lower cholestorol as its not all good cholestorol.

I am a bit sceptical about omega eggs, I believe they make the claim because they feed the chickens on linseed but how much extra omega 3 gets into the yolks? I choose to eat eggs as a great source of protein and get my omega fatty acids directly from flaxseed powder, omega 3-6-9 and oily fish as opposed to what has made it through a chickens digestive system!

I havn't never seen any study or proof yet that said they are better then nomal eggs. Eggs are eggs omega or not they are all good for you.

I eat egg whites and two yokes in the morning scrambled.
