Thread: A Proper Introduction !!!

hi guys , got a bit ahead of myself and forgot to introduce

sorry about that
im lewis , 19 live in cheshire and been training for about a year and a half now , my first goal was october 2008 , i was 19 stone of obese and hated myself for it basically , learned to drive , had a nice part time job had all day to drive where i wanted , but still i was unhappy , this is where i turned it around , using the film never back down to get me through the times i managed it and set a 4 month deadline , i came from 19 stone to just 12 stone 8 pounds , so thats my story i guess

to be honest its the weirdest thing ever because it feels like ive been this shape all my life ??? lol but the biggest relief is being able to walk down the street without thinking everyones looking at u thinking fatty or sumthing thats the best bit .
