    If your having one of those days, feeling your not making progress, what is everyones favouate films to get them pumped up to hit the iron that bit harder next time there in the gym?

    mines gotta be "NEver Back down " !!!! omg when i did my life challenge that film was what started it all , especially the training montage towards the end with False pretense playing in the background!!! love it

    i dont know if anyone else remembers this but did you ever see a show on BB3 three called baby faced bodybuilders??? . that was a bit motivation for me and still have it on my pc to this day ,

    *cough* rocky films obvious answer there i think rocky 4 is the best but rocky 3 is not far behind! mr t played the part well. Also never back down i watched that this morning in hd the answers seem to be the same lol
