Exercise Order
Just had a general question about when im doing my weights, today im doing chest & triceps and im gonna do 3 different exercises for chest and 3 for triceps
was wondering whether its best to do my 3 chest exercises and move onto my 3 tricep exercises (or the other way round) or whether its best to do a chest exercise, tricep exercise, chest exercise etc.
Dunno if it even makes a difference to be honest, but any feedback would be appreciated

if i were you i would do the chest first. there are far more muscles used in most chest exercises so fatiguing the triceps first will lead to a poorer chest workout all round. use dips as a tie in exercise that uses both chest and triceps heavily.

Cheers Adam, yea i usually do Bench Press DB Flyes and Incline DB Press for chest, then skull crushers, dips and gonna try that lying flat on a bench press with two DBs you posted earlier this week, should be fun haha

just got back from the gym, wow thats an intense exercise, did 2 sets of 10,8,6 and really felt it on the last few, especially the 2nd set really struggled to get through the last few reps.
but a great new exercise for me, ive done tricep extensions before but never like that haha
