Im a newbie to this forum,

been training for 6 years now. Im 30 this year (sept) so i want to be in the shape of my life.. (Mrs has also booked a holiday in august so I MUST be in shape)

Ive put my current training plan on a blog page.



Age:29
Height :5'8
Weight: 77kg. Down from 84 since Jan.
Body Fat 11.5% Down from 14% (id put another 1.5% on these as they were using electric measures which i dont think are totally accurate)

PB's during a bulk.
Bench 120KG + Bar
Deadlift 170KG + Bar
Squat 100KG + Bar

Current objectives..
Keep my frame size as much as possible, but getting body fat down to 8%...By august! can i do it? Ive never been truley ripped so this is my chance (whilst im enjoying the endless cardio)

Current Issues with training...Pre workout nutrition...I train at 6.30 am and get up at 6 struggle to eat at that time.
Also lost my training partner during the week due to work, so i only get a spotter on a saturday!hence all the pyramid sets...No pb's for a while im afraid!
