Great way to finish a session, or to start a session to pre exhaust and really get blood flowing into the muscle!
I may try 7sets flys before i do bench press from now on and see how it works.

I think i might use it at the end of each workout on an isolation exercise for maximum pump, its also ment to be good for lagging body parts.

Yea ur only meant to do it on lagging bodyparts i was readin, and only 2 or 3 bodyparts a week maximum. I just do it for my legs most of the time, lying leg curls for hamstrings n hack squats or leg extensions for quads.

I read it in flex, u can use it on all bodyparts but if u use it on every bodypart every session it could lead to overtraining so its best to do on just lagging ones.

Totally agree. I have been using this method for my chest workout for sometime and gives a really good pump. I am going to start using it at the end of my back and shoulder work-outs.

http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m.../ai_n42794143/ Have a read of that. Doesn't tell you everywhere so i was doing it every workout aswel until i realised it was designed to bring up lagging bodyparts and to be done twice a week. I wouldn't say its a good idea to do with triceps either because theyre the muscle most prone to overtraining because of the amount of secondary work they do.

I downloaded the FST-7 DVD a few days ago and they used it on triceps on that so id say it is fine to use on triceps. Also that link doesnt seem to work mate.
