Default Some advice on my diet please!

HI, My names Kevin, this is my first post on here. I've been buying supplements from Monster for about 6 months now and i never knew this forum existed!!

Aaaaannnyyway, I'm 23, about 6ft 2 and currently weigh 13.8 stone. I've been training now for 8 months or so and i seem to plateauing a little when it comes to putting on more.
Heres an example of what i would eat on an average day:

0900: 3eggs and 2 peices of wholemeal toast, low fat yog.
1100: Protien bar(about 20g of protien), rice pudding, peice of fruit.
13:30: Chilli with basmati rice / Chicken, steamed veg and rice , Peice of fruit.
    17:00: Protien shake(pre workout) , bannana.
    1930: Protien shake (post workout)
    2100: Bagle with cottage cheese.
2300: Protien shake (Pharma Blend) with whole milk.

*My post and pre workout shakes contain anywhere between 20 - 30g of protien. Depending on whether i am using Pharma whey or synergy.*

From the threads i have been reading on here ,i'm not taking on nearly enough calories, and more worrying, not enough protien!.

So as you can tell by my ramblings, i'm confused. Any help would be most appreciated.
    Thanks
    Kev

Do you have an 'evening' meal after your evening gym session?

The thing is i work shifts. Some times i train in the morning, and sometimes in the evening. On the evening shifts, it's rare that i would have anything more than what i put on that list. So generally no.

aswell as adding more food to your diet, maybe try buying a weight gainer with more carbs than just a simple protein shake, a try USN Muscle Fuel, which at around £10 per 1kg is pretty good value

Get up earlier n av 2 breakfasts, with the 1st being simple carbs like cornflakes n a protein shake, then av ur other 1 half an hour after or an hour after. Then make sum chicken n pasta for wen ur on the go or get a mass gain, and have a recovery drink after ur workout if ur just havin protein.
