    Unhappy New Diet

As suggested by Adam my diet is crap. What I am looking for is a totally new diet for bulking. I won't bother posting my current diet because this thread will likely turn into an off-topic dicsussion.

Please take into consideration that 14 hours of the day I only have access to a microwave in work so its either cold or ping food.

    Thanks for your help

In that case, just make extra effort to cook all your meals the day before?
Either that, or on a Sunday, cook 3 days worth of food, and you're good to go, then do the same Wednesday night.

Mate, you should invest in some cous cous for those carby snacks, and add in pre sliced cooked Chicken / turkey. You only need hot water to make th cous cous and can add stock cubes / seasoning to change the taste....... plus, per gram cous cous contains more protein, equal amounts of carbs, less fat, and approx the same amount of calories.

I thought it was me who pointed out your diet but ho hum.
Stick to lean protein sources in every meal, brown basmati rice/brown rice and essential fats.

For breakfast is porridge oats and fruit a god starting point?

I like the idea of making 6 meals at a time which I can store for say Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Is there anything I can do with lean mince beef?
