Mass Builder or Protein
I am already quite thin with only 13-14% of body fat. I have been using Reflex Instant Mass but its not adding any mass, just adding a awful gut. Do I opt for a different mass builder or just a normal protein shake? Is there a mass builder which will add mass and not fat like Reflex has done?

With any kind of gainer you will add some fat, but I prefer to make my own gainer, that way you can control what the ingredients are. Buy a decent protein like Myofusion on ON 100% Whey. Use it as a protein shake for post work out and at other times of the day make your own mass gainer by adding whole foods to a shake, something like this:

This way you have the best of both worlds; a post work out protein and a base for a mass gainer.

If your not gaining then don't just reply on supplements, sounds like your diet isn't any good.
Post a thread up in the diet section.
The reflex instant mass is a very good product..and will not add a gut if the rest of your lifestyle is good.

Adam, as you suggested I have started a new thread for my diet. On the point of the weight gainer or protein, do you think Reflex Instant Mass is the right product for me?
Pre-workout I use either your PhD Battery or BNS No Xp which does give me a good workout. I tend to cycle them so I dont become resistant to the No-Xp.
Post-workout & Daily use I use the Reflex Instant Mass.

Is Reflex Instant Mass the right product for you in what way? For gaining mass? Yes, if both your diet and training are in check.
There are no magic weight gainer products, they are all very similar. Looking at the Reflex Instant Mass profile it is essentially a protein blend with oats and barley, you could make a similar shake yourself.
