Default Anyone recommend a good bench?

I do all my workouts at home and now I need a bench so I can hit the incline exercises, and get a better range of motion on the DB press. Can anyone recommend a good bench?

Seen this cheap gold's gym bench http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/...ch/9140_p.html but its probably awful quality.

Ideally i need a bench that has incline and flat positions, can support a least 150kg on it, under £100, would be awesome if it folds flat also to make it easier to get in ma car!

    Any recommendations?

I do all my training at home and i use this bench.

    http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/webapp...catalogId=1008

Personally i think for the price it is an amazing bench. Its stable, its solid, its a good size and i can do everything i need. Other websites sell this bench for like £100-150 yet they sell it for £59.99 (it is truely top quality).

I dont think so but Monster Supplements seem to over hype phd products all the time so they are probably linked in some way or another!!!!!!

yes the phd-fitness site is an affiliate site of ours. the physical store i run is called phd fitness and the site was set up to advertise the fitness equipment we sell. the monster site is for our supplement range and is a far larger scale site.

The 13 in one bench is the alternative i would recommend. i know that £160 is a lot for a bench but it is worth far more than that in my opinion. if you put this bench next to the 13 in 1 theres no comparison as far as quality, comfort and stability go.

Aron - we dont overhype PhD nutrition products. I beleive they are great quality and we have a good working relationship with the brand so i know the quality is good and therefore recommend it highly. i can honestly say that in no way shape or form do i or any monster staff work for PhD nutrition or consider it our brand.

As adam has said, people often get confused thinking Phd fitness site is one for Phd products..it is not!
Phd fitnss stands for Peak Health Distribution...whereas the brand PhD is a completely seperate company.

Adam what do you think of the York B530 bench? It doesn't fold away but i guess I could just take it apart when I go between uni and home? Sorry for all these bench review requests lol

not a bad looking bench if you are wanting it for bench pressing. but what about dumbells etc? i hought you jsut wanted the bench rather than the spotter stands.
