Another Iron Challlenge - Deadlift 10x10x100kg
Pretty simple really, deadlifts - ten sets of ten reps at 100kg.
I've not managed to complete it yet, have done 10x10x80kg though and that was a killer!

Is it stiff legged or normal? I only do stiff legged now but i used to normal every back workout. Does anyone do both?

Normal deadlifts.
Probably looking at 2 or 3 mins between sets - I find it's more of an endurance event!

Did 10x10x80kg today, which I'm pretty happy with after a crappy second half of this week and staying up to watch UFC111 last night!
90kg next time I try it.
I think I need to find something of a suitably evil nature for chest....
