Chicken is probably the most used 'solid' protein source in a bodybuilders diet. You should every 2 1/2 - 3 hours, and a lot cleaner than your average Joe. Each meal should contain carbs (unless on a cut in which case adapt to suit), protein and healthy fats (don't fear healthy fats!).
Chicken is a great source but you should include fish, pork, and other sources also for the optimal micro-nutriet balancfe.
However you won't get ripped or big without working out hardf also!![]()

Thats what i do spicy chicken for dinner with abit of brown pasta or sweet potato then spicy chicken for tea with spinach n mushrooms, but i dont really like fish otherwise id eat that. U want lean meats or fish tho.
