    Hello people I am 18 Years old and have been weight training properly for about 2 years now,
    I am 6ft tall and weigh 14st.
    I am currently trying to lower my bodyfat from 13% to around 8% for a holiday in a couple of months, if anyone has any good advice on lowering BodyFat it would be much appreciated.

    Cut ur carbs down by 100-200 grams per day until u get to about a gram per pound of bodyweight, up ur protein to about 1.5-2 grams per pound of bodyweight n fat shud b about 10 15 percent of that i think. N if u have the majority of ur carbs by dinner time u'll probly burn fat durin ur workout, keep ur eye on the scales and dont start doing cardio til u stop losin weight, if ur a hardgainer u shud lose quite alot without cardio until ur metabolism slows down. This is pretty much what i have every day:

    Breakfast 1 (as soon as u wake)- bowl of cornflakes (fast digestin carbs) whey protein shake

    Breakfast 2 (half an hour to an hour later) 50g Porridge mixd with chocolate whey

    Mid morning shake - phd diet

    Dinner- spicey chicken breast (use dry seasoning not any sauces) with either pasta or sweet potatoes n spinach n mushrooms

    Mid afternoon shake- phd diet with 80g blueberries

    5.30pm Train

    6.30- cnp pro recover

    8pm spicey chicken with veg no carbs

    10pm cnp pro peptide
