Hi everyone,
Where to start. Well im 32 and have only recently started back on the weights again. My love for football had taken over and then got a serious cruciate ligiment damage and didnt move for months and piled on a shed load of weight(lager and being a foodie didnt help).
Im now back playing football every saturday(im a goalkeeper so can get away with carrying a bit of poundage lol) but seriously trying to lose the weight(even more so in my moobs and beer belly) and gain lean muscle. Never really used supplements before but purchased CMI 24/7 last week and started using it this week. Think ill judge the results in a few weeks.
