How will taking waxy vol stop you losing fat?
i dont fully understand what you mean..if you mean will you struggle to lose fat if you take waxy vol...then it all depends how many calories your burning to how many your consuming.

no it wont as long as you adjust your diet to make up for the addition of the calories from waxy vol. the waxy vol is a low GI carb so will not cause an insulin response that will add fat. for a carb source to use whilst dieting it is one of the best.
