If I admit to not being able to do half of that list, will I get kicked out the Brotherhood? haha
Pull-ups...have to be assisted LOL and if I did 50 x 60kg dead-lifts, I would be spending the rest of the 20 minutes in the back of an Ambulance!

This was created as more of a test than a workout - check the Gym Jones site for details.

Either way it's an interesting first challenge! Might have a crack at it in a week or two.

floor sweepers are when you lay on the floor holding a barbell out in front of you. then lift your legs to touch one end of the bar then back down then up to the opposite side then down again. thats one rep repeat 50 times.
i have done the workout but it took like an hour and some serious rest between sets.

doesnt matter how many sets it takes to get there. The point is to do it faster each time you do it. when i first looked at doing it it took me like 7 sets and like 20 mins just to finish the pullups lol its all about setting a standard and trying to smash it. oh and floorsweepers are lethal. but box jumps are worse lol.
