from those calcs 3000 would be a very good amount to go for, honestly i dnt think u need to worry about putting on fat, the rugby shud do the trick in keeping it off
if ur 6"1 asnd 68ish kgs then ur probly pretty lean anyway, am i right?, seriously dont think about putting fat on, eat clean foods with low saturate fats and ul be fine

right how much rugby training are u gonna be duin? u playing aswell? if ur worried about putting on fat then ur in the wrong category, if u think ur getting flabby rather than more muscle then u can cut
to me it sounds like ur gonna be duin to much cardio to put loads of fat on!

rugby wise, i have light skills training on tuesdays and thursdays with matches on sundays. also every couple of weeks, we go on a 40 min run instead of one of the training sessions.

wat i want u to do is throw being worried about body fat out of the window, for putting on real size! some ppl say its inevitable, ur bf% will probly go up but so will ur muscle mass so it wont be notcieable, ul just look bigger and like i said before u can alwasy up the cardio and lower the calories
seriosuly mate, concentrate on bulking and **** off worrying about bf!!
