loss of water (hopefully)
ok so ive been on the dave palumbo diet now for 3 days and ive noticed about a 0.5 -1lb loss in weight now ive read up on this and some maintain its initial water weight loss, i really hope so, what are your guys opinions? cheers edd

yes the initial weight loss is due to less carbs in your diet. glycogen holds 4 times its weight in water so less muscle glycogen etc will lead to less water retention and loss of weight.

would that mean ud lose mass if you stop eating carbs?

Your body will store around 500g Carbs, so alot of water weight will/should be lost in the first 2weeks!
Remember to take some fibre pills! Very important!!

fibre pills? where can i get some from?
-
Fibre pills mate, help with fat loss, make sure everythings been trasported and broken down in your body.
The Palumbo diet literally has no fibre in.
Worth going to Holland and Baratt or somewhere and getting some.

ive noticed the palumbo diet is lacking in a few things lol will be sure to go get some pal along with a multi vitamin !

Id personally use a good Fibre Supplement, A good multivitamin in the morning the something like ZMK on the evening to help you sleep better and hasd the added benefits on the mineral complex in it.
Drink plenty of water too.
But it definitely works..and ill be sticking to it religiously when i do it!
I may even buy some of that Superfood which contains alot of fruit and veg extracts, and add this to one of my shakes throughout the day.
Good luck.
