Hiit
Just wondering if anyone does interval training, what types they find best and how many intervals do they do? Im thinking about doing skipping n maybe sum running, im currently losing 2 pounds a week without cardio though so i think i'll leave it til that stops.

Ill be going for the lower intensity cardio, but if i was doing Hiit, id be doing like 1min jog, 30s Sprint x 10, then do 10mins slow uphil jog, then finish off with like 30s sprint, 30s jog.

Thats what i thought but apparently its best fast for a minute slower for 30 seconds, dont know if i cud sprint for a minute at the moment tho! Im gonna start with the skippin n see how it goes, its just findin a suitable place to do the runnin isn't it. I did moderate paced runnin last year which i enjoyed but i found i lost a lot of muscle, and ive been readin hiit actually builds muscle and burns more fat. No one seems to do it though!

have a go at doing, 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds rest. do that for a total of eight times... then lie down and try to breath lol.

30 secs sprint, 1 minute jog is a good way to start.
