Looks very good mate, good solid diet.
Id try and have 50g Protein as soon as you wake up, i take one to bed with water, then as soon as i wake up take it.
Which gives me time to get ready etc then go downstairs to have porridge..etc

Maybe cut out the fruit from the 16.00meal, just to reduce your carbs which may well help in staying leaner.

    Thanks

Josh, thanks for the speedy response!

I was thinking about buying optimum nutritions 100% whey for wake up and bedtime, would that tick that box off? Will cut the carbs after midday.

I am going on holiday in a month and was thinking of doing CEL D-Plex when I get back, any experience with test boosters?

    Thanks again!

Will be good for first thing in the morning.
But for night id go with the Phd Pharma blend, or the Dymatize 12hour which are both good pre bed choices.
