    Default zero carb brownie plus sludge

    hey guys these two recipes for people on low carb/ fancy a chance
    firstly zero carb brownie (depending on protein powder plus peanut butter)
    1. 2 scoops of protein powder in a bowl
    2. add tbsp of peanut butter
    3. add water until consistency is runny but still thick
    4. zap in microwave on low power setting for 1 min 30 secs
    5. shud cum out dry around edge and gooey in the middle
    note - i know heat can denature the protein but believe me its worth it

    secondly sludge
    1. do same as brownie but less water makes a thick batter consistency and consume

    both gorgeous honestly try!
    happy training/ eating lol

    lol, interesting! Might try it out, although I usually just have them seperate and uncooked lol. I should have really done this last night instead of eating a daim bar and some milky buttons... Probably screwed my keto up nicely! lol.

    Another favorite of mine - keto protein pancakes;

    1 scoop whey
    1 whole egg

    Combine the 2 in a dish with a little water to make a batter consistency, pour into a large frying and cook on a low heat, cover half with whatever you like and fold it over like an omelet. Tried and tested with peanut butter on it's own, peanut butter & a little sliced apple, peanut butter & sugar free jam, peanut butter & sliced strawberries and my kids favorite nutella & sliced strawberries, all topped with cream... of course!

    I agree and disagree with this statement,

    If heating protein can kill it, then how come we cook our meats and eggs??
