    Smile Improving FitForum

Hi all. As fitforum is a fairly new site we are still trying our best to make it as good as it can be for all of its members. i thought i would post a thread to get some feedback from you guys and gals.

So what would you like to see on fitforum to make it more fun, informative and worthwhile for you members?

Any suggestions are welcome and i will do my best to fulfill any requests.

    Thanks

Instead of having supplements under nutrition, why not have a seperate area for them.
And underneath have like protein, carbs, creatine..etc...you can say click on protein and ask specific questions on a protein product rather than it being a genreal supplement section.
    Get in launched on facebook.

Maybe a specific progress/journal section...where people can do a journal if they are say cutting for a comp..etc.

    Female section?

Just a few ones to throw in the mix.

Thanks for the ideas josh. i think splitting up the supplement section would be a good idea. ill crack on with that one.

The progress journals are done in the blog really so its fairly easy to follow as you simply click on someones profile and view blog entries to follow their progress. i quite like the blog aspect of the site as not many other forums have that.

are there any females on here that would like a female specific section?

I personally dont like the blog section, think its far too cluttered and messy.

Think you would be much better just having a section saying journals...then sub headings... Fat loss journals, mass building journals, comp prep journals.

Then you could just start a thread and add to it..would also receive more comments too i believe and would be alot easier to read..but thats just my opinion.

How about a section in supplements where someone keeps a diary on the 'long term' pros and cons of a particular product. Maybe a mass gainer or fat burner etc. It would help in deciding how best to use a product.

Maybe a section where members can post pictures of progress that they have made, that way members on here will then be able to give them advice/motivation?

If you think that rating Blogs/Threads is important feedback, then maybe make the feedback option more visible to people so they automatically do it.

I am not sure if this would come under copyright laws or anything but if you look on bodybuilding.com and look at people's profile they have a graph system where you can enter all your personal stats as set intervals and a graph is produced for you to see your progress. This can be done with size of your body or even weight lifted for different exercises as shown on that site. I believe there are several other good suggestions on there if you fancy looking.
