Can someone tell what the dave palumbo diet is please and wot it involves cheers

alryt man im just starting this from what i gather (any1 correct if im wrong) it is a ketosis diet where fats become your fuel, high protein, highish fats, no carbs apart from a refeed once a week where you have loads of carbs to speed up metabolism, im gona b blogin how i go on with it so feel free to ask any questions, the original post is in the weight loss section of the forum with diet outline, hope this helps

habbalbot told me he used a ketosis diet last year to get to the bodyfat he is in his pictures so ask him if you need help.

Your body once on the diet, will use fat as its primary fuel source..so when working out you will be burning fat primarily.
Only downsides are your urine will stink and you can feel very tired until your carb up!
