Belly fat problem!
Hello to all the fellas out there,as i struggle to get a solution/effective way to get done with this i want to ask you guys about my big problem..Ok as the thread says i have belly fat problem..I train very serious for about a year now and although my fat in arms legs etc is almost gone the belly seems to be intact..Atm im trying to gain muscle mass until 1-2 months from now then will try cutting. The fact that i was a bit fat from old kid maybe makes it almost impossible to do that?i have asked some people and all i get is "surgery to destroy fast stores.." i want to be sure that there is no other way before i consider a solution like this...Here is somewhat my current diet if this helps out:
meal 1: 4 white eggs,1 scoop myofusion,milk,oats,banana mixed to a blender
meal 2: if im on a hurry i toast wth black bread cottage cheese and chicken "cuts" or a protein shake
meal 3: chicken/white meat with full black rice
meal 4 : usually the same or meal 2 if no time
meal 5 : post workout protein shake with a banana
meal 6: chicken/meat with a green salad and olive oil
meal 7: before sleep a yoghurst with 0% fat and sugars with sometimes some protein added
I must say that i struggle gain muscle also with this diest...
Looking forward to some advice from the pro's ! Thanks in advance
Forgot to say im around 1.80 and 82 kg

Hello mate all i can say is that its gonna be a time game, keep the diet clean, cut treat days to one every two weeks, train harder and push it longer. fat is non selective it will burn off from wherever is most accessable. its down to you to keep your head in the game and focus. as for muscle its the same. all you can do is your best and if you give it all it will come in the end. keep your chin up. your proberbly doin better than you think, but because your monotoring yourself so closely you wont see the changes. HANG IN THERE MAN

Thanks man, you are giving me confidence to continue harder than now although i am a bit dissapointed from my body

i felt the same i trained harder than anyone in my gym. i was stronger than the big guys but they always looked better...... the last few weeks have givin me more cuts than ive ever seen on my body before and i recon im only a month away from a six pack. also when your cut it adds pounds to your visual muscle size. believe it or not but trimming up makes you look bigger. feep your focus on lean lean lean. limit your simple carbs to one meal every two weeks. other than that, if it aint brown dont eat it. keep your meals smaller than normal. if your full/ bloated its too much. hit chillis in as many meals as poss for the metabolism hit. be aware of all of your treats. try putting pen on the back of your hand every time you have a treat. then the next time your tempted look at your hand and think that every pen mark is another week being unhappy with your body. it also lets you know if you have had a treat that day. we need to all get through this with a rock hard bod, don't let the brotherhood of the iron down lol

haha i will try
Guess you are right gonna try that next month only 1 thing remains unanswered though...Having belly fat for almost my entire life doesnt make it a "no go" from my body? thats what i hear..All im sayin whats the point in getting cut and belly being disarmonic with the rest of the body (big and bloated..and behind 6pack!!!)

You will lose fat all over, the belly's just a stubborn area.

josh and machine are right in that fat comes off evenly from all over, its jsut that some areas seen to look leaner even at the same bodyfat percentage. with men the place they store fat the most is the bottom of their abs. it will be the last part you will lose fat from and is always referred to as being stubborn. simply diet hard and increase your cardio. forget about building muscle if you are trying to cut the fat and concentrate on simply dieting hard. you will achieve your goals im sure of it. your diet looks good so make sure you are doing enough cardio to be in a calorie defecit.

Agree with adam..it also depends on your body time.
i myself store most of my fat around by bum, tummy and legs...but i know if i diet all this will come off.
im also focusing on doing biking for my cardio as i believe this will be more beneficial.
