    Default Just bought olive oil

    Few questions:

How much calories in 1 tablespoon?
Whats the best method to put in a shake? blend it or just throw it in once the whey/oats are blended together?

    cheers

A tablespoon is about 15ml, so about 135 kcal
. I just throw it all in and blend away, unless i'm adding nuts - blend them first or you'll choke!

il jus throw everything in and blend, seems to work well, think I need to weigh evry thing first then I could start counting the calorie intake

i know what you mean but iv found it virtually impossible to gain any weight whatsoever over the past year, i think for me if i can count how many calories im taking and keep it above a certain number then i should start packing on the pounds............ of pure muscle that is.
