Hi everyone.
Im new to this and just trying to get into shape. I have started working out 3 times a week and play football/or run twice a week. I needed help losing the stomach fat but didnt want to lose muscle so went for the above deal. I have read the label on the tablets which states not to use after 5pm and to start with take 1 serving (2 tablets) a day. As I will need to take these mid morning (as my workout is around 7pm) do i need to take them with food or just water? I now have a shake for breakfast (never used to eat it) and one after a work out. Is this the correct thing to be doing? has anyone used it?
