    Default Help with Help with Lean Stack Phd Pharma Whey 2.27kg and Lean degree

    Hi everyone.
    Im new to this and just trying to get into shape. I have started working out 3 times a week and play football/or run twice a week. I needed help losing the stomach fat but didnt want to lose muscle so went for the above deal. I have read the label on the tablets which states not to use after 5pm and to start with take 1 serving (2 tablets) a day. As I will need to take these mid morning (as my workout is around 7pm) do i need to take them with food or just water? I now have a shake for breakfast (never used to eat it) and one after a work out. Is this the correct thing to be doing? has anyone used it?
    Any help would be great

    The timings they have given are based on the caffeine content mate. If you take it too late you won't sleep, and they've suggested using it close to exercise as caffeine is a potent satimulant which provides extra impetus to your workout intensity. If it was me I would just take them mid-morning whilst taking one dose. Upon taking two doses I would go for mid-morning and then early afternoon. I would take with water as you will have eaten breakfast before the first dose and lunch before the second dose.

    just have a go at it and see how it works for u - i was on that stack last year.. on first few doses u really feel hyper, but after a while the effects are milder, then u don't feel anything at all,
    i was taking it at around 5.30 - 6.00 and never had problems with sleep..
