1:30 beans on toast/ scrambled egg on toast (brown bread) more fruit
4:00 mixed nuts or another banana
6:00 fish or grilled chicken breast with mashed potaeo and veg, and a roast chicken or beef dinner on tuesdays and sundays (mothers for tea)

on the days i go the gym i ussually have a protein shake with breakfast or as my breakfast and one as soon as i get back from the gym within 10 mins.

    Hi Ashley and welcome aboard.

I'd be interested in how you find the Lean Degree as it's a product I've looked at yet never used!

    What's your current diet like?

I quite fancied trying the Mitotropin, but ended up buying more protein instead lol.

I must get around to trying a 'diet' supp at some point though.
