    Question Rear Delts - Isolation

    I feel like I'm struggling to isolate my rear delts from my traps at the moment. I'm currently doing what would probably be described something like an inclined rear delt raise.


    Anyone got any exercises or suggestions...?

    ^^ good call. rest your head on an incline bench and do what you do with the dumbells but on the cable crossover machine at the bottom cables.

    Yeah I do Facepulls, also does traps too. I do seated reverse flies. Heavy with partial reps at the end then slow light weight after. Then just rear flye/pec dec to really isolate them
