I feel like I'm struggling to isolate my rear delts from my traps at the moment. I'm currently doing what would probably be described something like an inclined rear delt raise.

Yeah I do Facepulls, also does traps too. I do seated reverse flies. Heavy with partial reps at the end then slow light weight after. Then just rear flye/pec dec to really isolate them
