    Default Please help with my diet

    Well I will give you guys an example of my day to day diet

    06:00 - 2 scrambled eggs on brown toast
    10:00 - Low fat yogurt with an apple
    12:00 - Chicken bites and a granola bar
    15:00 - Tuna pasta/Tuna in a brown pita
    17:00 - BSN No-Xplode
    18:00 - Workout
    20:00 - ON 100% Whey protein
    21:00 - Jacket potato with tuna/turkey

    Any ideas what I can change/add for a decent bulking diet?
    Any other ideas and comments will be much appreciated.

    if ur bulkin u need alot of calories (more than u burn) to build muscle in the form of protein, carbs and some fats. by the looks of it ur not gettin enuff. in the morning 2 eggs only provides 14 grams of protein u need to at least double this. in ur second meal u will get very small amounts of protein try and add in other shake with some oats at this point or whole food u could have chicken and rice. lunch again will provide small amounts of protein and carbs so look to change this after that everything looks ok

    good advice. my bulking diet is similar to this:

    8:00AM – MEGA SHAKE
    10:00AM – 1.5 scoops myofusion, 1 scoop waxy vol, 2 bananas
    11:30AM – 250g rice, steamed veg and a chicken breast
    1:00PM – 1.5 scoops myofusion, 1 scoop waxy vol, 2 bananas
    3:00PM – 150g pasta, 1 tin tuna
    5:00PM – peak body pro 50, 200g seeded wholemeal bread.
    6:15PM - 2 scoops myofusion, 1 banana
    6:30PM – train
    7:30PM – PhD recovery 2:1
    8:30PM – fish, jacket potato, steamed veg
    10:00PM – PhD pharma blend

    TOTAL CALORIES: roughly 6050
    TOTAL PROTEIN: roughly 365g
    TOTAL CARBS: roughly 970g

    Protein, oats, blueberries, banana, waxy vol, eggs, milk...etc...that kind of thing.

    I have the monster mega shake that Adam posted on his original blog every morning, and it is a good way to start the day if you're bulking. It is easy to make and it tastes good:
