Well I will give you guys an example of my day to day diet
06:00 - 2 scrambled eggs on brown toast
10:00 - Low fat yogurt with an apple
12:00 - Chicken bites and a granola bar
15:00 - Tuna pasta/Tuna in a brown pita
17:00 - BSN No-Xplode
18:00 - Workout
20:00 - ON 100% Whey protein
21:00 - Jacket potato with tuna/turkey
Any ideas what I can change/add for a decent bulking diet?
Any other ideas and comments will be much appreciated.
