I've actually taken the time to sit down & work out what an average day's food & supplements consumption looks like for me and the headline figures are as below:
Energy = 3021 kcal
Protein = 301 g
Carbs = 227 g
Fat = 97g
I currently weigh about 82.5 kg and I am on a 4 day split program, with the goal of bulking.
Does that look about right? Should I be aiming to fine tune it with a bit more or less of something?
I have all my calculations in a spreadsheet, so can easily post that if it helps....
