Default How can I improve my diet?

At the moment I weigh 85kg (180cm tall) and I am happy with my weight, however I am not happy with my flabby belly! Here is my average weekly diet:

    Monday to Friday:

    6am - 2 Weetabix
10am - Cuppa Soup an a handful of seeds
12pm- meal such as tuna and pasta
3pm - handful of nuts and raisens, banana and apple

630pm - Hour and a half at the gym

8pm - 1 pint of water with 2 scoops of whey protein and a bowl of cereal such as plain granola or fruit and fibre.

I'm lookin for diet that will both help me lose my flabby belly but also give me energy to go to the gym.

    Any advice welcome,

    Regards,

    Dan.

ill answer on behalf of joshlarge: "why dont you try the Dave Palumbo cutting diet!"

have a look and adjust your diet so that it looks a bit more like that. the foods you pick have little nutritional value so you need to look at increasing your protein and getting better quality carbs and fats.

Its not a diet you can just "give it a go" you need to stick to it for at least 2weeks which are hard...till your body starts to use fat as its primary fuel source!
