    Default Healthy Diet Wanted

    Hi i am new to the board and am wondering a good healthy diet to go on i would like to have a diet that wouldn't require me having protein shakes or bananas because i am allergic to bananas. I go to the gym 4 times a week i play football two times week i am a 30 jean size and i am 16
    Any help would be much appriciated

    i just want to eat healthier to turn a quite skinny/ flabby 4 pack into a bulky six pack

    Cut out the process food, eat lean protein sources. Lower your carb intake...try adding in pre breakfast cardio 4times a week for 30mins at a heart rate of 120-130bpm.
    Try supersetting your workouts to keep your heart rate up.

    Incidentally why are you against protein shakes mate?

    They are the cheapest source of protein around, although a healthy diet is always the first port of call due to the additional macro/micro nutrient profile.
