Dude you had me at Achtung!

    Whats the plan then?!
    This post has:

    To quote Men Of Honour:
Jo "Why do you want this so bad?"
Carl "Because they said I couldn't have it"
    And to quote me:
"They're just excuses Chale, I used to make them... Now I train legs... "

Good to see another bulker, look forward to following your progress. Think big dude!
If its true you only go around once, you might as well go around with really big biceps.

would you recommend them over catalyst ?
havnt realy dabbled with multi vits before so thought it was about time I started.

my knees are fine aslong as I use the straps but il have a look into it. I'm using basic glucosamine to keep costs down but if they do start to hurt I think its time to invest in somthing decent.

don't wana hijack your post but it's on topic, has anyone tried MyProteins multi-vit Alpha Men? it's dirt cheap compared to other multi-vits such as animal pak, but i don't wana get it if it's tesco value type quality compared to Animal Pak tesco finest haha
